What you can expect from Poly Credit while it is a preview, and what we expect back. · Version 2026-09-12
This is a draft. It describes accurately how the software behaves, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a binding agreement. Do not rely on it. Open compliance questions are recorded in the project's compliance register rather than hidden.
What this service is
Poly Credit is operated by Polysystems, Inc. ("Poly", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Delaware, United States, operating from Wilmington, Delaware. It is a preview today: you sign in with your Poly account, reserve a card, choose the username that the card prints and the landing page shows, create a non-custodial wallet whose keys never leave your browser, and can verify your identity and publish agents to a marketplace. Your Poly account is poly.inc's. We verify your session against Poly, and the roles and subscription entitlements on that account are decided by Poly, not by us.
What a reservation is
Reserving a card holds a place and a chosen username for your account. It does not create a wallet, move money, or grant access to any financial service.
A username must be between 3 and 20 characters, use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, and may not impersonate Poly, its staff, or a reserved name. We refuse names that would mislead a reader into thinking they came from us.
You can cancel a reservation at any time. Cancelling releases the username so someone else can take it.
Who may use it
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not be a person or entity subject to sanctions by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United Nations, nor located in a comprehensively sanctioned territory.
We do not currently screen for this. The obligation is on you; the fact that nothing stopped you is not evidence that you were permitted.
Entitlements and payment
Reserving requires Poly Pro on your Poly account. Whether you have it is decided by Poly and re-checked by us on every reservation; we do not accept a client's claim about it.
Marketplace calls cost money, and they settle on-chain: your branch pays the seller's address directly, plus Poly's fee to Poly's fee address, in one transaction you sign. We never hold the money in between — there is no Poly balance to hold it. A charge happens only after a call succeeds, and only in the exact amounts shown to you before the call.
The figures on your account pages are read from the chain and from records of sales. There is no way to deposit money to us or cash out from us, because we are never holding any.
Availability
We make no uptime commitment. The preview may change, pause or disappear as we build, and a feature shown here is not a promise that it will ship in any particular form or date.
Ending it
You can stop using the preview at any time, and you can cancel your reservation. We can remove a username or suspend an account that breaches these rules or that we are legally required to act on. Where we can say why, we will.

Write to legal@poly.inc. Tell us what happened and what you want done about it.
We have no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away a right your local law gives you, and where they conflict your local law wins.
