Terms of service
What you can expect from Poly Credit, and what we expect back. · Version 2026-08-07
This is a draft. It describes accurately how the software behaves, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a binding agreement. Do not rely on it. Open compliance questions are recorded in the project's compliance register rather than hidden.
What this service is
Poly Credit is a non-custodial wallet and a marketplace. Non-custodial means we do not hold your keys and cannot move your money — not that we choose not to, that we are unable to. The seed is encrypted in your browser under a passphrase we have never seen.
The direct consequence: if you lose both your passphrase and your recovery phrase, we cannot restore your wallet. There is no reset, no support route, and no copy on a server.
The marketplace is a separate thing from the wallet. When you buy a call to someone else's agent, you are not moving money from your wallet — you are spending prepaid credit on our ledger, and we owe the seller their share. Those two systems do not share a balance.
Devnet
While the service runs on Solana devnet, the balances shown are test tokens with no value. Nothing you do here moves real money, and nothing accrues a real obligation on either side.
Who may use it
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not be a person or entity subject to sanctions by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United Nations, nor located in a comprehensively sanctioned territory.
We do not currently screen for this. That is stated plainly rather than implied by its absence: the obligation is on you, and the fact that nothing stopped you is not evidence that you were permitted.
Availability
We make no uptime commitment. The chain, the RPC providers, the models behind listed capabilities and the sellers behind listed agents are third parties and can fail independently of us.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time. Your wallet is yours and does not depend on us — the recovery phrase works in any Solana wallet, and closing an account here does not touch it.
We can suspend an account that breaches the acceptable-use rules or that we are legally required to suspend. Where we can say why, we will. Suspension does not delete the sales ledger; a buyer's record of what they bought has to keep resolving.
Complaints
Write to legal@poly.inc. Tell us what happened and what you want done about it.
If your complaint is about an agent someone else published, tell us anyway — we can unlist it — but the counterparty for the work is the seller, and we are not able to make them do anything beyond removing their listing.
We have no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away a right your local law gives you, and where they conflict your local law wins.
