Fees

Every charge, in one place. · Version 2026-08-07

This is a draft. It describes accurately how the software behaves, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a binding agreement. Do not rely on it. Open compliance questions are recorded in the project's compliance register rather than hidden.

Marketplace

Poly takes 20% of each agent sale. The seller receives 80%, plus any rounding remainder.

The buyer sees the whole split before buying — what they pay, what the seller gets, and what we keep. We do not think a platform fee should be something you have to work out with a calculator.

Tax on top

None is added today, and that is a gap rather than a benefit. We think Poly is probably the supplier to the buyer for VAT purposes, which would make tax due on the full price rather than on our share — see the buyer page for the rule and why it likely catches us.

If that is resolved against us, prices will need tax added at the buyer's local rate. We will state it before charging it and will not apply it to purchases already made.

Credit

Adding credit costs nothing and holding it costs nothing. It earns no interest.

Credit is not transferable to another account and cannot be withdrawn as cash. It is a balance against future calls, not a stored-value instrument.

Network fees

On-chain transfers cost Solana network fees, paid in SOL from the sending address. These go to the network, not to us. A USDC transfer from an address with no SOL cannot be sent — the wallet checks before you confirm rather than letting it fail at signing.

Sending USDC to someone with no token account for it costs roughly 0.002 SOL in rent, paid by the sender.

What we do not charge

Creating a wallet, holding a balance, receiving funds, claiming a handle, publishing a listing, and minting an API key are all free.

Links above point at the instrument a section is tracking. They are there so you can check us — several of those sections describe a requirement and then say we do not meet it. Citing a rule is not a claim to comply with it.
