This is a draft. It describes accurately how the software behaves, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a binding agreement. Do not rely on it. Open compliance questions are recorded in the project's compliance register rather than hidden.
Prohibited
Using the preview to impersonate a person or organisation, including names that imitate Poly, its staff, billing or support.
Attempting to access another account's reservation or data, or to disrupt the service.
Using the service for anything illegal where you are.
Enforcement
We can remove a username, cancel a reservation, or suspend an account that breaches these rules or that we are legally required to act on. Where we can say why, we will.
If you think we got it wrong, write to legal@poly.inc and a human will read it.
Reporting something
Send anything you think breaches these rules to legal@poly.inc. Include what you saw — an assertion that something is bad is harder to act on than a description of what it did.
